APN Healthcare Solutions is urgently hiring multiple Home Health Aide / CNA for our client in Flourtown, PA for a 12 / 13 week contract with a high possibility of extension.

Position Title : Home Health Aide / CNA

Pay Rate : $16 / Hourly

Work Location : Flourtown, PA

Shift : Morning, Evening and Night

Hours / day : 8 Hours

Contract Duration : 13 Weeks

Licenses Requirement : Not required

Certification Requirement : BLS / CPR

Job Description :

• Provide basic healthcare services to patients in their homes under the supervision of medical professionals.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Help patients with mobility, transferring, and exercises as prescribed by therapists.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients to prevent infections and accidents.
• Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals to ensure proper patient care.
