REO (Foreclosure) Transaction Coordinator

We’re looking for a driven Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts throughout the entire home selling and buying process. You’d be responsible for overseeing transactions from start to finish to ensure offers and counteroffers are approved for a smooth and successful sale. Compensation:

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all tasks required for foreclosure and investment properties
  • Communicate with co-brokers and agents
  • Maintain daily updates in portals
  • Schedule inspections and repairs are appraisals
  • Order and review bids as needed
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise
  • Oversee all administrative tasks regarding buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
  • Acquire necessary approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner
  • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
  • Complete marketing reports as needed
  • Follow market trends and pricing, providing insight to clients as needed
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate MLS records
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs
  • Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
  • Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
  • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules
  • Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, or REO Is Required!
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • Real estate license preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Must work well with others as well as independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Must be able to work in office 40 hours per week with rotational Saturday scheduling
  • Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
  • Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
  • Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
