Position: Programmer II

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85003

Duration: 12 months contract with higher extension possibilities

40 hours a week

Shift: 1st Shift : 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay Rate: $55.65/hr on W2 without benefits

Position Summary:

The Solutions Support Engineer is responsible for providing exceptional support and resolving technical issues related to various platforms including Microsoft SharePoint Online, Content Management Systems (CMS) and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Support responsibilities would include (but are not limited to) management of permissions, troubleshooting of user issues, system configuration, user training and new SharePoint site creation.

Skills Required:

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems; conduct analysis of alternatives, make recommendations, and issue resolutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to technical and non-technical individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work with supervision in the performance of daily activities.
• Ability to work with vendors to support off the shelf products.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical manuals and system documentation.
• Must possess, or have the ability to obtain by the time of hire, a valid Arizona Driver s License.

Experience Required:

• Configure and maintain supported systems

• Troubleshoot user issues with supported systems
• Participate in on-call support of production issues
• Trains users in the operation of supported systems
• Coordinate and work with other staff including, but not limited to, vendors, Business Integration Specialists, IT security staff, project managers, other team members, subject matter experts, end users, and executive business partners
• Prepare system, program and customer guides, as well as documentation
• Evaluate workflows and processes in order to seek out improving efficiencies and enhance productivity; write and modify operating procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education Required:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

At least one (1) years of related experience to include SharePoint Maintenance and Administration, Content Management System (CMS) configuration and Power Platform troubleshooting

Education Preferred

• Microsoft SharePoint Online Content Management Systems (CMS) Microsoft Power Platform C# .NET

Additional Information

General office environment. May be required to drive between work locations within metropolitan Phoenix area. Requires working standard business hours Monday through Friday, and may be required to work after hours, on weekends and/or holidays, as needed. Participation in resolution of service impacting incidents that can occur 24x7.
