Position : Manufacturing Operator 1 (Temp to perm)

Location : Lenexa KS, 66215

Shift : 2-2-3 Schedule

Hours : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM Night shift (12 Hours / shift 5 Shifts one week, 2 the following week, total 84 hours every two weeks.)

Schedule Information :

• Client’s manufacturing runs 24 / 7
• Shifts are on a two-week shift pattern (weekend work is scheduled, every other weekend).
• All new employees will be given their shift pattern for the remainder of the year on Day 1.

Week 1 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on

Week 2 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off)

Note : on-the-job training and PPE will be provided once onsite

Day 1 : Tuesday DAY shift, 8 am - 4 pm

Day 2 : Wednesday DAY shift, 8 am - 4 pm

Day 3 : Deploy to Team shift pattern either Thursday 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM or Friday 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM (if Friday, work the weekend)

Position Description :

• Processing loading chemicals into large stainless-steel blenders, using an equipment operation interface to preblended / mill / post blend, monitoring automated processes, troubleshooting.
• Packaging prepping materials, packing out powder into containers (barrels, buckets, bottles etc.), palletizing filled containers.
• Cleaning breaking down / setting up equipment, hooking up hoses / piping using gaskets / clamps, spraying down rooms, loading equipment into parts-wash, operating and monitoring automated cleaning.
• Computer Use some basic computer use will be required.
• Documentation ability to write legibly / clearly / accurately in logbooks and company records as required.
• The process is standard, but each batch of powdered product is unique, and the length of manufacturing time will vary. Therefore, no two days are the same!
• All job activities are performed indoors under temperature-controlled conditions.

Candidate Profile :

• Manufacturing, Warehouse or Quality experience preferred.
• Computer skills.
• Ability to complete paper-based documentation.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good attitude and attendance.
• Candidates should be looking for a full time / permanent position (i.e., this is their full-time job not a second job).
