We are currently seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in managing IT projects, particularly in the realm of DevOps. The ideal candidate should possess project management experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and a focus on utilizing Azure services. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and leading cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Execute projects according to the project plan, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• DevOps Expertise
  • Leverage your expertise in DevOps methodologies to streamline development and operations processes.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate DevOps practices into project workflows.
  • Implement and manage tools and technologies that enhance DevOps efficiency.
• Azure Integration
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and solutions.
  • Utilize Azure tools for project development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Work closely with technical teams to optimize the use of Azure resources in project environments.
• Risk Management
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project risks and mitigation plans.
• Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Generate regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential challenges.
  • Communicate project updates in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within IT and DevOps environments.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Benefits and Compensation:

This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $84,000 - $126,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
