We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in analyzing and documenting IT processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft platforms, proficiency in UIPath Business Process documentation, and a proven track record of contributing to the success of IT initiatives. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring effective communication, and providing valuable insights to optimize processes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

To include, but not limited to the following:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing IT processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Microsoft Platforms Expertise:
  • Leverage expertise in Microsoft platforms to understand and enhance IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment with Microsoft technologies and best practices.
• UI Path Business Process Documentation:
  • Utilize UI Path Business Process documentation tools to capture and document business processes.
  • Work closely with process owners and automation teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators related to IT processes.
• IT Process Optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Facilitate communication between business and IT teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and key milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on IT processes.
• Experience with Microsoft platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in UI Path Business Process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits and Compensation:

This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $70,000 - $105,500, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
