About us
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Beauty Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional shopping experiences.
Base Pay $15 per hour plus commission
**Duties:**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product recommendations and conduct product demonstrations
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process transactions accurately using a cash register
- Assist in restocking inventory and maintaining store appearance
- Keep a clean, safe and inviting environment
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in retail sales, cosmetic sales, bath and beauty sales
- Strong ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with technology products and trends
