Position: Sr. Digital Delivery Program ManagerLocation: Lexington, MA.Rate: TBDDuration: Contract to HirePosition Description:- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and/or projects/programs composed of multiple projects/work streams with varying complexity to successfully deliver high-impact DD&T initiatives within a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
- Determine optimal prioritization of initiatives based on business value. Plan solutions to achieve identified objectives, drive program achievement, and interface with senior GMS/GQ DD&T management and GMS/GQ business stakeholders to influence decision-making on projects.
- Responsible for managing a matrix team of internal and/or contractors on a project-by-project basis.
Required Skills:- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 3 years of relevant experience leading highly visible, complex technology programs/projects, including management of full lifecycle implementations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to handle issues that occur during project completion.
- Excellent organization, budget, and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget - attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, business acumen, problem-solving, and analytical skills to communicate ideas and data persuasively and appropriately.
- Experience formulating, organizing, and monitoring inter-connected projects.
- Experience partnering with business area leaders to plan and deliver programs and projects with limited or competing resources (time, budget, people)
- Ability to manage data collection and analysis to make fact-based decisions.
- Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes, and manage project teams in a fluid environment.
Desired Skills (not required, but the candidate will have exposure to these skills in this role):- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP or Prince 2)
- In-depth pharmaceutical manufacturing industry experience (GxP shopfloor)
- Extensive exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations and quality assurance/control
- Masters degree or equivalent
