Position:

• Business Analyst

Location:
REMOTE, or Hybrid in Milwaukee or Paramus

• Hybrid work model: On site 2 days a week in either Milwaukee or Paramus

Rate: Negotiable Based on Experience
Duration: May 2024 - November 2024
Position Summary:
Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems; Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements; Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems; Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives. Works under the direction of a project manager.
Hybrid Schedule - 2 days in the office. Milwaukee or Paramus is preferred but can consider remote for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate new applications and identifies HR systems requirements
• Evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives
• Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements
• Works under the direction of a project manager
• Process Documentation Process Mapping Gathering
• Experience implementing Workday or SuccessFactors Payroll and/or Time modules in a highly regulated and complex union environment
