PC Technician
Location: North Las Vegas, NV (ONSITE NOT REMOTE)
Duration: 6 month contract with strong potential to extend
Targetted Start Date: ASAP!
Training: 2 weeks 8:00-4:30 PM PST
Hours After Training: Frist Shift: Mon-Fri 5:00 AM- 1:30 PM PST
Job Description
PC Technicians will install and configure hardware/software on a high volume of computers, printers, and other products for customers on a daily basis. This will include un-boxing units to configure and boxing units back up to prepare for shipment
Responsibilities
-Configure customers’ systems to their required specifications.
-Test systems to ensure 100% quality.
-Maintain minimum monthly productivity goals.
-Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including hardware, software and peripheral equipment.
-Ensure that customers receive the highest level of customer service.
-Communicate issues concerning customer orders to the area Help Desk or Team Leader.
-Demonstrate ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs.
-Demonstrate ability to push and pull up to 10 pounds of force
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
1 yrs experience
A Certification or an equivalent combination of education and experience
