PrideStaff is Hiring a Front Desk Customer Service Representative Near Charlotte, NC
Location: Charlotte, NC 28206
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18-19/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Process billing and invoices
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields specifically in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer and data entry skills, MS Office, Sage, CRM's
