One of our top gaming clients is looking for temporary support (6-9 months) to assist with publishing promotional content for their website and rewards application. This role will play a critical role in the enterprises shift to digital promotions and offers driving guests to properties across the US and Canada. We are looking for an individual who is detail oriented, able to meet deadlines, and who escalates concerns to leadership in sufficient time to adjust deliverables or expectations with the Business. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content publishing and Adobe Target are preferred but we would consider other personalization or content management system experience (CMS).
Responsibilities

• Review incoming Business requests for completeness and work with the Business to ensure all needed elements are present
• Creating new content pages and promotions for our casino operations in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target
• Working within existing templates to create and publish content
• Able to identify potential obstacles to delivering to the Businesss timeline & escalate as needed
• Assist Business Partners who are unfamiliar with the process to complete requests
• May assist with other content publishing as time allows

Key Skills

• Must be detail oriented
• Possess an ability to follow process for publication and QA of promotions
• Good communication with stakeholders
• Familiarity with content management, AEM, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions preferred
• Familiarity with A/B testing or personalization systems, Adobe Target preferred
• Must be comfortable with, and possess intermediate skills in, MS Excel
