Overview:
Griffo Distillery is an emerging California based Spirits brand and is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company and promote our products or services at various events and locations around Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity to engage with customers, build brand awareness, and contribute to our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively
- Conduct product demos and provide samples to potential customers
- Create a positive brand image and stigmatise our products or services
- Assist with event setup and teardown
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive product sales
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently speak in public and engage with diverse audiences
- Knowledge of event marketing strategies is a plus
- Familiarity with the Spirit and Beverage industry is beneficial
- Bilingual skills (English and another language) are a plus
