APEX Staffing is Hiring a Legal Receptionist Near Little Rock, AR

Performs secretarial and administrative duties for 3-5 attorneys which includes but is not limited to: mail processing, answering phones, filing, e-filing, organizing attorney work flow, assists in document production, schedules appointments, gives information to clients, dictation, and relieves attorneys and management of minor administrative duties. 
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Superior written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work on assignments with minimal direction or supervision
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload
  • Strong administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a team player and be able to consistently meet deadlines
  • Motivated with the ability to learn and develop new skills and responsibilities
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant.
