Duties of an Entry Level Manager

• Oversee daily operations and customer service in all aspects of the business as an entry-level management trainee
• Participate in the hiring process
• Assist with new employee orientation;
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting
• Maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders by communicating effectively with all staff members
• Assist the executive management team
