** Previous Debt Collection Experience Required **

We are an experienced Debt Collection team expanding into Conroe, TX. We are looking to build our team immediately with the applicants that are ENERGETIC, SELF-MOTIVATED, and DRIVEN by money. While Previous Debt Collection Experience is Required, we will provide training with the skills needed for you to be successful from the start.

- Previous Debt Collections Experience
- Basic understanding of financial concepts
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with basic computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work with accounts receivable and accounts payabl
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
