- Supervise and manage day-to-day activities within the maintenance department.
- Guarantee all maintenance objectives are met within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Work towards identifying root causes of issues to reduce downtime and enhance overall quality.
- Partner with various manufacturing groups to achieve continuous improvement goals established by management.
- Exercise control and monitoring over inventory to ensure optimal levels for maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance tasks (PMs) and work orders.
- Facilitate and coordinate activities with external contractors as needed for specialized maintenance tasks.
- Create and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for efficient operations.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
- Knowledge of Injection Mold Machines
- Capacity to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems
- Strong management and supervisory skills
- Ability to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance
- Ability to travel between plant and facility locations
- Bachelors degree or five year's of plant/general management experience in a manufacturing environment
