What you'll be doing:
• Conduct regular inventory reviews to validate raw material purchases and establish annual standards for material, labor, and overhead costs.
• Oversee the annual inventory process, including related journal entries on a monthly basis.
• Monitor inventory transactions for accuracy and manage the annual physical inventory.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) teams, and step in when necessary to support their functions.
• Ensure accuracy in product costing and cost of sales calculations.
• Review accounting aspects of capital expenditures and cost-saving initiatives.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements, identifying and explaining variances.

• Contribute to forecasting activities as required.
• Manage capital assets and coordinate cash control activities, including borrowing coordination with local and foreign banks.
• Maintain cash flow reporting and conduct internal audits as necessary.
What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management with an accounting focus.
• 2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP and MRP systems, with experience in MAPICS being advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
