Job Summary

Lehigh Valley based property management company is seeking a qualified individual to perform maintenance at a portfolio of facilities and office buildings.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs to plumbing, electrical and lighting systems, ceiling tile replacement and other miscellaneous repairs. Carry out preventive maintenance program for facilities and office buildings. Perform light carpentry work, painting, general grounds maintenance and assist with fire/life safety inspections. Have a working knowledge of roof and HVAC systems. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

2 years' experience in the maintenance field

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Valid driver's license

Available for on-call rotation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
