AKABA LLC. welcomes reliable and enthusiastic professionals to join us as ABA Therapists or Behavior Techs!
ABA Techs provide individualized ABA services in the home, center, and community settings to clients between the ages of 2-22 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We provide virtual and in-person ABA courses, safety care training, and in-field training to prepare you for working 1-to-1 with our clients and beyond!
Job Type: Part-time, flexible scheduling with consistent hours. Monday-Friday (mostly afternoons). Saturday half-days are optional.
Most clients are seen during after-school hours (between 2:30-8 pm) on weekdays and Saturdays (if available).Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (starts between $20-23)
Flexible scheduling arises from case matching. During case matching, we assign therapists to a particular client based on the client's needs, The therapist's experience, and mutual availability with the goal being long-term success for the client and your growth as an ABA practitioner.
