Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, construction management, and time management. As a Real Estate Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various real estate projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other project documents
- Develop and maintain project schedules using construction management software
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
