Food Runner Responsibilities
  • Save the day by running food to designated areas throughout the facility.
  • Bring order to chaos with your exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders to the right tables.
  • Maintain knowledge of table numbers to ensure efficient food distribution.
  • Be the menu master, familiar with all the offerings and ready to answer any guest
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Embrace a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure.
  • Assist with seating guests and running food when needed.
  • Keep a keen eye on food quality and presentation, ensuring that every plate looks and tastes fantastic.

Busser Responsibilities
  • Be the hero of cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
  • Swiftly clear tables after guests have finished their meals.
  • Reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are clean and presentable for the next guests.
  • Assist with seating guests during busy times, spreading joy with your warm welcome.
  • Work in collaboration with servers and food runners to provide seamless service.
  • Keep a watchful eye on table turnovers, ensuring efficient and timely seating for incoming guests.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Assist with prepping food products for service, supporting the kitchen team as needed.
  • Embody a positive and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Be attentive to guest needs, offering assistance and answering questions when necessary.
  • Flexibility to take on additional tasks as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Experience working in the food & beverage and/or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Experience with POS systems is a plus.
  • Minimum age of 16 years old.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds.
  • Ability to handle stress, maintain composure, and take criticism.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Weekend availability is a MUST.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
