Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Master IICRC credentialed perosn to join our team. As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with students in Mitigation, helping them develop new skills and achieve their goals. This is a rewarding position that allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to prepare employees to obtain certifications from IICRC in WRT, AMRT, ASD, and CDS
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to students
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the learning experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in your field
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the IICRC standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to engage and motivate students of all ages and skill levels
- Patience and empathy when working with learners who may face challenges
- Organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage class time
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during instruction
