Your Responsibilities as a Wastewater Technician:

• Support Project Manager with day to day oversight and supervision of subcontractors.
• Supporting the daily operation and maintenance of a water/wastewater facilities, drinking water plant operation, system maintenance and repairs.
• Travel 80% of the time (local and overnight).

What we're looking for:

• AA or BA degree preferred with 2 years of experience in general facility mechanics, controls, and operations. Experience in water/wastewater operations a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong teamwork skills coupled with the ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast pace environment.
• Able to troubleshoot under pressure and find effective solutions.
• Knowledge of electrical repairs and testing, plumbing and pump repair and operation, water sampling and wastewater sampling.
• Operator or Plumbing License a plus but not required.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record and reliable transportation are required.
• The ability to lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces and work under inclement weather conditions, stable employment history, favorable employment references, and a track record of excellent attendance and punctuality are also required.
