• Execute and manage a diverse portfolio of industrial hygiene projects.
• Manage concurrent projects spanning from $1K - $200K in size.
• Create industrial hygiene personal exposure sampling plans through client interactions and on-site assessments.
• Generate technical reports and proposals.
• Identify new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Provide guidance and training to team members to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure safe performance of project work.

• BA/BS in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering or other related field required; Masters strongly preferred.
• 6 to 10 years of solid technical experience.
• Experience working with federal and state regulatory agencies.
• Professional license (CIH, CSP, CHMM) not required but desire to obtain in the future a plus.
• Ability to plan, implement and manage large and small industrial hygiene jobs; experience in employee exposure assessment required, experience in building sciences (asbestos, mold, lead) preferred.
• Ability to maintain efficiency and take initiative while working remotely; candidate must be able to track and meet internal and client deliverable deadlines with strong communication to stakeholders along the way.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices.
• Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is highly desired.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects for a variety of clients. 
• Ability to mentor and train staff.
