Your Responsibilities as a Remediation Environmental Technician:

  • Collect soil, surface water, groundwater, soil vapor, and indoor air samples.
  • Routine operation and maintenance of remediation systems
  • Use and maintain field monitoring equipment
  • Gather and enter data collected into excel spreadsheets.
  • Draft template reports
  • Actively develop your own professional growth
  • Actively participate in a culture of safe work practices

What we're looking for:

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Pursuing a degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 0-3 years of experience with environmental field sampling and data collection
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outside year-round.
  • The ability to multi-task and manage your own schedule
  • Valid driver's license, good driving history, and access to reliable transportation are required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with data management and report preparation preferred
  • Safety minded
  • Experience with safety programs and safe work practices.
  • Ability to travel to remote project sites.
  • OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification.
