We are looking for a candidate who has vast experience working on Mainframe systems and also the candidate should have been involved in Mainframe modernization program and should know the in and out of mainframe systems along with the distributed systems PE experience.

JD:

• Performance engineering for mainframe modernization person who knows what are touchpoints in mainframe that needs to tested for capacity, performance and scalability when u change one module in mainframe. He / she would not be provided details of what need to be tested but need to proactive understand and recommend the points of failure and what needs to be tested and drive the testing. This is key skill required for all mainframe modernization initiatives to attest that performance is not getting degraded
• Resource should have experience with writing custom programs for data generation or data ingestion if mainframe modernization is involved (a good programmer )
• Mainframe modernization is a must , he should communicate and deliver on MQ concepts , Java and Python capabilities to move forward
