You will be selling, Roofs, Solar, AC, Gutters

We will provide you with everything you need to be successful,

• Manager and office support (Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm)
• Highly competitive commissions (up to 15% is possible!)
• A steady stream of generated leads
• A fully wrapped company truck and, with achieved goals, a gas card
• Sales materials, business cards, literature, shirts, etc. are all company-provided.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES/EXPECTATIONS

· Physically able to asses a roof for damages and accurately decide what needs to be done. Provide home owner with the resolutions and present the options available to them (insurance and/or financing) whatever will be most beneficial to their specific needs.

· The ability to display they can successfully work independently all while maintaining their obligations and deadlines.

· Represent APC Roofing with the utmost professionalism and providing top-tier customer service through written and verbal communication.

· Generate your own sales though networking, leads, door-to-door canvasing, and self-marketing.

· Communicate clearly and promptly with home owner about contract reviews and/or changes, agreements on estimates and pricing, and how the payment and collections process works.

· Ensure company vehicle is kept in good condition (i.e., Interior and exterior kept clean, maintenance is kept up to date, general upkeep is taken care of) As well as reporting any accident of damage to the car immediately.

· Understand and utilize company technology and systems (knowledge of CRM systems Acculynx is desired but not required)
