Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. This is an important role that requires strong surveillance skills, loss prevention knowledge, and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to maintain a secure environment
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Enforce company policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees and visitors with inquiries or concerns
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Skills:
- Strong surveillance skills to monitor premises effectively
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
Shifts:
1) 3 Days per week - Overnight shifts
2) 4 Days per week - Daytime shifts
3) 2 Days per week - Evening Shifts
