Apartment Services is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Coordinator Near Cockeysville, MD
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will process all residential and commercial transactions for the company while ensuring accuracy, validity, and timeliness. Reports to the Accounts Receivable Department Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties: (included but not limited to)
- Scans and enters payments for residential and commercial transactions.
- Processes court lists for filings.
- Prepares cash deposits.
- Processes charges and credits.
- Corresponds with the leasing offices and regional managers about residential transactions.
- Processes referral checks and miscellaneous check requests.
- Maintains commercial tenant ledgers.
- Verifies and enters lease abstracts and related documents into the system.
- Prepares CAM and tax reconciliations.
- Completes and reviews monthly billing.
- Corresponds with tenants and management.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Yardi Systems preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in property management preferred.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times.
- Always presents a neat and professional appearance.
- Valid Driver’s License, personal vehicle, good driving records and insurance required.
- Must provide current contact information such as phone number and email address.
