Apartment Management Professionals, LLC (AMP Residential) is seeking to hire an IT Manager to join our team.

The IT Manager is responsible for collaborating with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and assess computing and system needs and requirements along with communicating the goals, policies, and procedures of the company. If you have a driven, attention-to-detailed personality with experience in IT Management and enjoy providing exceptional customer service and leadership to ensure satisfaction, our IT Manager opportunity is perfect for you!

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Evaluates current technology use and needs of the company and recommends software and hardware improvements.
  • Manages IT risk factors, such as the possibility of system failure or data loss.
  • Provides education and training to employees inside the organization related to IT and Entrata software systems.
  • Upholds communication and works with third party companies for IT support and Entrata communications.
  • Stays up to date with new network technology and reports this information to the Executive Team.
  • Remains current on advances in technology.
  • Provides technical support to users.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

Qualifications


  • 1 year of leadership experience in property management, retail, hospitality, or related field required.
  • 1 year experience in an IT Manager role in property management, retail, hospitality, or related field required.
  • A goal-oriented individual.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that set you apart from the competition.
  • Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work will within a team setting.
  • Ability to create relationships and partnerships with businesses and employers in the market.
  • Customer focused mindset with strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Property Management Software system(s). Entrata preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Valid Driver's License with Valid Auto Insurance.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Successfully pass drug screening and criminal background check.
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
