We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the property management industry and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome prospective tenants, providing excellent customer service throughout the leasing process
- Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and amenities
- Assist prospective tenants in completing rental applications and necessary paperwork
- Conduct background checks and verify rental references
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting unit inspections
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operations and resident satisfaction
- Utilize property management software (e.g., OneSite) to maintain accurate records and track leasing activities
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing lease agreements

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively
- Proficient in using property management software (e.g., OneSite)
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations
- Comfortable working in an office environment and interacting with customers face-to-face
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or real estate is a plus
