You have worked in a hotel level Revenue Management role and you are excited by the opportunity to learn more. The passion you have for delivering results has led you to be the leader in driving the revenue strategy and challenging the status-quo is part of your DNA. You continually find ways to partner with your peers to identify areas of opportunity and have the grit and tenacity to see it through. THE ROLE The Director of Revenue Management oversees multiple properties (up to 3) and reports to and works directly with the General Manager with an indirect reporting line to the Director of Revenue Strategy at Aparium. It is critical the person in this position possess a background of advanced revenue management skills with an analytical mindset, thorough knowledge of hotel PMS, CRS and RMS and has fulfilled the role of a Director of Revenue Management or a Senior Analyst role previous to applying for this position. As the Director of Revenue Management you will be responsible for all tasks related to driving Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing, segmentation mix and distribution management to exceed the hotels revenue goals. Proactively working with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the General Manager to clearly communicate the strategic vision and objectives on how to drive revenues and improve performance. You will have the opportunity for input as you will be the expert in the field, however, it is important that you are a task oriented and a list driven individual.
