Overview:

The Disclosure Management Coordinator is responsible for organizing and overseeing the record-keeping activities pertaining to retrieving and disclosing medical records.

Receive and process all medical record requests (active and closed) within the Agency in accordance with agency policies and procedures, and ensure all medical records are disclosed in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

• A high school diploma or its equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• One year of experience with receipt and processing of medical record requests.
