We are a high end property management company that deals with an extremely discerning clientele. This job requires somebody who is extremely trustworthy, reliable and dedicated. It is a fast paced business with many details. This person will be in a company truck going between our high end residential properties doing anything from taking cars to dealerships for service, meeting vendors for repairs, minor handyman repairs, putting away patio furniture for hurricanes, basic troubleshooting of home electronics, and much more. This person must be okay with a fast paced constantly changing schedule. Must be iPhone, apps and email savvy, a fast learner, and physically fit. This is not an entry level position as this requires someone with some basic knowledge and understanding of systems found around a home like HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pool equipment, timeclocks, etc. We have a fantastic team that all work together to achieve a quality service for our clients.
