- 3 years of experience in transport network planning in high capacity, mission critical environment
- Experience with designing IP, Optical, or Fiber networks and knowledge of current technology
- Knowledge of network topology and experience in building resiliency design
- 2 years of experience with network modeling tools such as NPS, One Planner, OPNET, Cariden, WAE, Aria, WANDL or other in-house tool
- 2 years of coding experience in Python or another programming language (e.g. PHP, C , or Java)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
