Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Experience in CT, Assisted Living, or Cardiac Catheterization is preferred
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Strong clinical assessment skills including IV insertion, ostomy care, and triage
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
