The North America DAU Manager will work with the DAU Team Leader to develop and execute strategies and programs that support current and emerging DAU initiatives including:

Aon United Client Discovery (AUCD)

What the day will look like

  • Work with cross solution line leaders and the DAU coaches to drive revenue growth within and across solution lines.
  • Analyze data to develop insights for effectively moving DAU leads and opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Summarize current program status, issues and successes for reporting to senior management.
  • Identify issues and problems early and propose solutions.
  • Support and manage the operational aspects of AUCD working closely with the central team and office leadership.
  • Support the DAU coaches with analysis and other reporting needs.
  • Coordinate with the Aon Connect team to support AUCD operational needs

Articulating Value

  • Work with the Pricing Team to support National Pricing Council operational and reporting needs.
  • Work directly with office leadership to support the Office Pricing Council process.
  • Coordinate with the Aon Connect team to support Aon Value operational needs

Enabling Colleagues

  • Work with the Leading Aon United Team to support operational and reporting needs

Tailored Value Propositions

  • Work with Industry Leadership teams to support operational and reporting needs.

Support existing growth programs with operational and reporting needs, including:

  • Portfolio Reviews
  • Return to profitability
  • Jeopardy process

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 5 years of related work experience
  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
  • Ability to work with large sets of data
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple levels of management & client facing colleagues
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and drive progress on multiple projects
  • Ability to work in teams and resolve conflicts

Education: Bachelor’s degree

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $120,000 - $200,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
