We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Clinical Strategy Consultatnt within our National Health Transformation Team (HTT). The National Health Transformation Team is part of Aon's Human Capital US practice. We are looking for a clinical consultant with a desire and ability to create and support overall population health solutions for employers!

This is a virtual/hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from one of our US offices.

What the day will look like

The HTT works with Aon employer clients nationally and globally to support and solve for their clinical and wellbeing needs. We serve as subject matter experts on client engagements, projects, strategy design, sales, and tool/solution development. Our days are spent meeting with and delivering solutions for employer clients and collaborating internally across Aon's business units to improve health, safety and productivity.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Under general direction, provide population health consulting support to Health Solutions consultants in the servicing of existing clients and prospects:

• Support the development, drive, and execution of firm wide clinical and population health consulting work
• Actively contribute with clinical expertise in the area of health transformation, developing knowledge on best practices and market trends
• Assist senior level clinical consultants with benchmarking and industry research, delivery of client work, creation of and preparatipn of client presentations (PowerPoint design work)
• Support colleagues on Health Transformation thought leadership and market trends
• Act as support on client projects including data analysis, strategy design and development, vendor selection and implementation, measurement and engagement/communication approach
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to identify thought leadership and project development needs in the population health area

Required:

• 3-5 years of related experience with health and benefits and/or wellness required
• Exposure to data analytics and measurement work
• Consulting experience a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specific experience with PowerPoint and Excel

Education:

• Bachelors degree in health-related field with strong finance or economics; Master's degree preferred.

Salary range range for the position

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $71,000 - $90,000,00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Philadelphia, PA. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
