AOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring Part-Time Transporter at Concord Care Center of Sandusky, located at 620 W Strub Rd, Sandusky, Ohio
Our team consists of experienced, energetic, dedicated and compassionate RNs, LPNs, and STNAs.
We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven (STNA) State Tested Nursing Assistants to help transport our amazing residents!

The transportation aide provides resident’s transportation to and from appointments and/or activities in a safe and courteous manner at all times. The Transportation aide must comply with the Facility’s personnel, safety and corporate policies and procedures.

Job Requirements & Duties:
- Secure passengers’ wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize during transport.
- Assist residents in wheelchairs.
- Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle.
- Time management, creating routes that will accommodate appointments and activities.
- Communicate with Administrator and Nursing Department about appontments and schedules.
- Report all vehicle repairs and any unsafe or hazardous concerns immediately to the Administrator.
- Your schedule would be flexible and dependant upon appointments scheduled for the day.
- Other duties as assigned
Other Duties and Requirements Include:
- Valid Ohio Driver license
- Clean Driving Record
- STNA Certification required
- High School Diploma
