Memory Care State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Up to $26.92 an hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide ADL assistance to residents such as feeding, ambulating, transferring, positioning, etc.
Assist patients with person hygiene such as bedpans, urinals, showers, Petc.
Communicate any changes in residents condition to charge nurse or Director of Nursing
Ensure patient vitals are being monitored
Assists with admissions, transfers, and discharges of patients.
Documenting tasks by completing reports and record
Follow Policies and Procedures
