Piketon Nursing Center is looking for an dynamic ADON!!
Piketon Nursing Center located in Piketon, Ohio has an opening for an Assistant Director of Nursing or ADON. This person must be an RN and be willing to help lead by example. The successful candidate will have management experience in running a nursing department in long term care. This Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for the coordination of resident care, antibiotic stewardship, management of the nursing staff and working with the leadership team in keeping this facility in excellent regulatory compliance. We would be delighted to train the right RN for this position. This ADON candidate must be familiar with both state and federal regulations. We offer competitive salary and benefits.
