Position Summary:

Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and all the common areas. Maintain the landscape and grounds inside and outside the property.

Position Responsibilities:

*Vacuum carpet hallways and highs dusting.

*Sweep and hose down stairwells and pressure wash.

*Clean parking garage floors and stairwells.

*Bonnet/extract shampoo carpet and upholstery.

*Mop, strip, and wax tile floors.

*Grounds keeping, landscaping, and gardening.

*Scrub hard surface floors using scrubber machine.

*Window cleaning using a ladder

*Empty rubbish from all trash receptacles.

*Set up and clean conference room before and after functions.

*Position Requirements:

Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language proficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $20.95 per hour
