Job Overview:
We seek an experienced Project Architect to lead various projects within a dynamic architecture market. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant projects that influence the landscape and communities. The successful candidate will possess strong skills in architectural design and project management and will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of design and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client and regulatory standards.
  • Produce and manage detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp based on initial sketches, field data, and markups.
  • Perform comprehensive research and investigations into existing conditions to inform project strategies.
  • Develop detailed construction documents and coordinate with various disciplines to deliver integrated and timely projects.
  • Estimate and manage architectural project budgets, contributing to financial and resource planning.
  • Provide exceptional client service, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships to secure future projects.
  • Efficiently manage multiple priorities, ensuring critical deadlines are met.
  • Conduct assessments and prepare detailed facility condition reports to be reviewed by clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
  • A minimum of 7 to 15 years of professional experience in architectural design and project leadership.
  • Must hold a Registered Architect license.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Revit, and SketchUp preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills.
  • LEED Green Associate or LEED AP credentials are advantageous.
