This position requires being located within 50 mile radius of Cartus, 100 Reserve Rd, Danbury CT. After training, role is hybrid ; combination of remote and in office work.PRIMARY FUNCTION The primary function of the Treasury Analyst is to accurately process electronic and check disbursements, ensuring customer and client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The Treasury Analyst is responsible to adhere to internal timelines, audit requirements and Treasury Controls. The successful individual must live within a commutable distance of our Danbury office. You will be asked to work in the office as many as 5 days a week or as much as 4 months at a time on a rotational schedule with the rest of the team. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily check printing, auditing, check insertion and mailing
Input, approve & release electronic payments
Process stop/void, recalls and return payments and inquires
Daily reporting, reconciliations, router box management and updating team logs
Responsible for reconciliation of bank reports and disbursement lists on a daily basis
Liaison with other internal departments to analyze the validity of payment requests and to research and resolve discrepancies
Maintain ongoing communications with the bank
Other Treasury related functions
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years related business experience or Associates Degree in Accounting or Management preferred
Proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel and Word required
Strong communication and planning/organization skills, internally motivated and ability to work independently
Oracle or other financial systems experience preferred. Other Cartus systems experience a plus
Prior banking experience a plus
Must have the flexibility to work in office as required

$18.00 - $25.00; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
