Anywhere is Hiring a New Homes Sales Representative Near Madison, NJ

The New Homes Sales Representative will be self-motivated, poised and fully responsible for the entire sales operation. Professional communication and sales skills required. Including a planned presentation, qualification, demonstrating, building and product knowledge and closing the sale.
Must know the competitive market, building architecture, construction terminology, construction timetable, land use regulations, mortgages, demographics, reporting systems, purchase agreement and Public Offering Statement.
Must be able to communicate the Unique Selling Propositions to the prospective buyers.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing services staff to schedule and provide the following:
- Elevations, floorplans, floorplates, interior and exterior perspectives, brochure content, website, Social Media, e-flyers, signs, displays and other marketing material as required.
Weekly e-mails to and client reporting on activity of the prior week and provide schedule of upcoming appointments, negotiations and issues.
Provide input regarding sales and marketing issues, such as prospect and buyer reactions to the building, sales process, etc.
Provide weekly traffic summary reports for CB Management and client.
Work in concert with client selected mortgage company and appraisers to ensure timely delivery of Purchase Agreements and Title specifics.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have more than 3 years’ experience in on-site sales and sales management in the direct employ of a builder or as a new home sales consultant.
Current NJ Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ongoing communication link between Staff, Management, Associates and national Management team.
