Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to craft, develop, and maintain scalable solutions
Work optimally on a large team
Develop high-quality, maintainable, scalable, and reliable code
Communicate and share daily progress through the agile process, address intricate technical challenges and expertly resolve any roadblocks
Develop applications that reflect organizational patterns and practices
Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions
Help hire, support and mentor the team members

Minimum Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, with a strong focus on mobile and front-end, with a minimum of 8 years of working experience. Previous leadership experience is required.
Experience with at least one native development platform, iOS or Android
Relevant work experience, including programming experience with Flutter in Dart
Experience with software architecture paradigms and design patterns
Experience with agile software development process and product development life cycle (PDLC)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically

Key Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Mobile app publishing to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, Firebase, mobile analytics, remote configuration, CI/CD and production monitoring techniques for mobile apps
Front-end software architectures
Unit and UI testing in Flutter/Widgets
Multiple app flavors/targets
Dependency Injection
RESTful API usage
Familiarity with Git and experience with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

Compensation Range:

$140,000- $185,000; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
