Anywhere Real Estate Inc is Hiring a Remote Brand President, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate

As the Brand President for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate you will lead the Better Homes and Gardens franchise system and the internal team which supports it. You will partner with Anywhere leadership to develop the brand strategy, which you will deliver upon. You will communicate the brand vision and strategy to the team with an actionable, measurable plan to enact it.
As Brand President, you will focus on franchise sales and franchisee servicing in order to develop a growth-focused network of independent franchisee affiliates and sales associates who are engaged with the brand. You will partner with other teams to enhance the overall brand offering and the franchise and service model for existing and prospective franchisees, their agents and consumers.
The position will report directly to the President & CEO of Anywhere Franchise Brands. This is a hybrid role. You will work from home and travel to conduct business as needed, including visits to Anywhere headquarters.

What you'll do:
  • Prepare annual strategic business plan, deploy to team, and develop accountability and metrics to measure success.
  • Partner with the franchise sales team to set the strategic direction for the growth of the affiliate network. Ensure constant growth through franchise sales, mergers and acquisitions and agent recruiting. Assist with sales, deals and recruiting efforts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and deliver impactful marketing to the network.
  • Oversee the affiliate growth and servicing team to aid franchisees in the development of their business and engagement with the brand and Anywhere offering.
  • Retain existing franchise relationships through oversight of franchise relationships and the renewal process. Collaborate with franchisees on industry and business challenges.
  • Successfully partner with leadership, shared services, and other teams to improve offerings and to ensure appropriate solutions for brand growth strategies.
  • Build and maintain robust talent bench and cultivate engaged employees.
  • Plan budget, manage expenses, report accurately and ensure appropriate business practices are in place.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, pricing models, franchise best practices and servicing models.
Your Qualifications:
  • Experience: 15 years of experience in one or more of the following: residential real estate brokerage sales and/ or operations, real estate franchise sales, leadership or operations. Real Estate franchise experience is strongly preferred.
  • Validated Growth Success: Consistent track record of building client relationships and exceeding targets to build a profitable business. Shown success leading sales teams is a strongly preferred.
  • People Leadership: Shown ability to provide sound leadership and build effective teams to maximize success.
  • Eye For Business: Shown understanding of the importance of a strong value proposition. Experience reading and interpreting financial statements, strong business sense.
  • Communications: Outstanding communicator with exceptional people-to -people skills; persuasive presenter with strong public speaking skills and outstanding grammar, both written and verbal. Shown collaboration skills.
  • Strategic: Possesses a thorough thought process and can effectively present and execute on a vision.
  • Industry: Demonstrated connection with or leadership in industry trade groups and recognized credentials/awards within the real estate industry.
  • Other: Ability to travel up to 35% of the time and comfortable working in and leading in a hybrid work environment.
