Anytime Restoration is seeking a hard-working, self motivated, reliable Emergency Services Manager that will be responsible for mitigating residential and commercial properties from water, fire, and environmental issues. The Mitigation Manager activities include:

• Establish and maintain customer communications until job completion
• Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed
• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns to ensure customer needs are met
• Communicate scope expectations to technicians and supervise their activities
• Estimate losses using Xactimate or any software deemed necessary by management
• Settle estimates with insurance representatives, home owners, business owners, and third parties
• Daily communication with office personnel the job status and file documentation
• Perform water mitigation processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Ability to remove house and building materials such as drywall, carpet, etc...
• Leave job sites clean and neat
• Willingness to wear PPE as needed
• Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
• Manage supplies and project consumables
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse
