At Anytime Fitness, we strive to help our members through coaching and community support.

We are seeking a part time individual who is highly motivated with a passion for helping others improve their lives through fitness, nutrition, and recovery.

This position will help grow our Personal Training department by working in a creative, fun, and upbeat atmosphere where each day is different.

Compensation for this role is $15 / hour for non-session time (including group fitness senior classes twice per week) and 50% commission for all rendered sessions 1on1 and small group training.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring personal training clients are using proper exercise form.
• Ensuring every client has a clear path to success and is being held accountable.
• Capturing transformation photos and social media photos.
• Actively market, sell and promote new memberships & Personal Training / SGT
• Assist in development and execution of club presales & programs, membership selling, marketing and events
• Participate in all staff related meetings and other required activities
• Behave as a role model by leading and promoting a healthy lifestyle
• Always maintain a positive attitude when working with members, guests & teammates
• Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.
• Dress professionally, according to the current dress code standards

Qualifications

• Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification or certified within 6 months of employment
• CPR, First Aid, and AED Certified or become certified within 60 days of employment

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of fitness, endurance training, strength / power training and program design, using the tools given to optimize client results
• Strong ability to coach and manage time, motivating multiple clients in a group setting
• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life, abilities and goals.
• Appetite for delivering coaching services virtually through in-app messaging, video chatting and more.
• Strong communication skills and team player.
• Flexible schedule, days / nights and weekends.

Preferred Requirements

• 1 year of personal training experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Location : In-person
